Coming from an electrical trades company I get it! I thought how can a tradie use AI in their business. Seems like a waste of time and energy. And your not wrong. If you don’t know how to implement AI into your existing workflow then it won’t help.
You see I had a problem. I wanted to help one owner retire and another take a step back from day-to-day operations, just make the big decisions but not have all the hassles of employees. As a business owner you will understand when I say employees cause 70 percent of your problems (having a great HR person is key and if you need a reference for one, I have an amazing one!). So being pragmatic, I thought how can I streamline as much of the work with AI.

How much experience do you have with AI
This is maybe going to sound surprising but not as much as you probably think. There is a lot of confusion around AI and how to use it in companies in general. I actually approached a company to help with AI for the company I was helping and managing at the time. I got a generic email back saying they would contact me within the week. 3 months later, still no response. Being a manager I could see this wasn’t going anywhere so I decided to find out what to use to implement AI. I experimented and found what actually works. How do I know? Because I actually use it today with the business I manage! So no gimmicks, real solutions to problems where people, employees have failed!
Can AI really work for my business?
I am not going to sugar coat it and say absolutely it will, 100%! There are no absolutes, but what I can tell you is most companies generally have the basic core problems. When you strip those problems back, then you can see the solutions that AI can offer and figure out how they can be used and specifically tailored to factors of a problem to your unique company.
How does it all work?
Great question! So there are several options available to you. You can get access to my portal which gives you templates, roadmaps and solutions and you can implement them how you see fit. Half the battle is finding the right information in the right place. How long does it take to see results?
That really depends on you and how serious you are about the process. I can give you amazing tools, point you in the right direction, but if you don’t implement them, you won’t see much sucess. From my manger operations expeirence I can tell you implementation and the approach to it is key!
